turbo 350 - Buick, Olds - same torque converter?

    Guys,
    Do you know if the torque converter is the same for a Buick, Olds, Pontiac turbo 350? To be more precise, a friend wants to put my Buick Turbo 350 into his Cutlass.....will this just be a direct bolt on?

    Yes. With certain converters, there can be interference between the flex plate weight and the converter mounting point. Other than that, it should bolt right up.
