Trying to figure out how much of what is in the wiring harness

So here's a question for you wiring experts; - I'm going to be installing a factory cruise control (electro-cruise) and tilt steering plus cornering lights into my 1966 Electra convertible this weekend. It has power top and "Speed Alert" right now. I know that the wiring for the cornering lamps is in the harness, I've found the plug. Does a car with "Speed Alert" have the composite harness, and does that harness contain the plugs for the "Electro-Cruise", or am I going to have to make up the harness from scratch?
I haven't taken the car apart yet, so I haven't been able to check the harness out to see if it's all there. I know with some options the extra plugs are taped up and can be located and energized if you know where to look. The service manual says if the "composite harness" is used, it should have the cruise plugs. Was that harness used for the Speed Alert too?
    Any ideas?

That information would be contained in the Factory Service Manual. Do you have one? They're cheap and worth their weight in shipping costs. I also frequent a truck forum, and a guy there copied all the pages for many trucks and uploaded .pdf files. I don't know that anyone has done that for Buicks.

Yeah, I've got the full chassis manual for 66, the preliminary one, plus a body manual for 67 Buick. I show pictures of the harness, but nowhere does it say exactly what to expect. I can't find how Speed Alert was wired, it looks like it uses a similar Speedo head, there's a lead going into it. So my car does have the power antenna, power top and Speed Alert, so I'm hoping the composite harness is in there and then installing my Electro-cruise will just be "plug and play". Somehow I don't think I'll be that lucky.

Think I might have found it in the chassis manual, section 120-47, it says that there's an accessory block that's an integral part of the composite harness, provided the car is equipped with courtesy lights, or speed alert, or electro-cruise. So it looks like my car should have that in. I guess the only way to prove it is to take it apart. Sure would be nice if it's all there...
