What needs to be done if anything to run the hydraulic lifters? Se like I remember hearing something about having to machine them down and bush them, or maybe that was for the solid rollers
For some rollers lifters yes, you need to cut a slot for the tie bar to clear the top of the lifter bores. I do believe I have a hyd lifter with a raised tie bar. 54mm cam tunnel blocks should be ok either way, its the stock cam tunnel sized blocks the lifter drops lower in.
