   Can you change a column shift tilt to a floor shift tilt? Is it just a matter of getting a floor shift lower bowl and swapping it in?

   Yes, its just a bowl/shroud swap. Make sure to use red loctite on the 4 pivot support housing bolts. I do a lot of "Tighten-Up" jobs for customers as those bolts loosen up.
