I want to give Thumbs Up to Paul Ferry- HRPARTSNSTUFF Again for his service and being a GOOD Person. Paul helped Me with a problem by providing a solution to a problem I caused. I bought a Bushing Removal/ Installation Tool(#0599) to remove/ install the poly bushings in my rear axle.I crossthreaded the rod, and stripped the threads. I called Paul, he took my call before he got to his spot.I told him of my problem, was willing to buy another bushing tool to solve moving the bushing shell back( time and expense*my fault) Paul, told me that He made the threaded rod long enough...He said: " Jay, grind off the damaged thread, and replace the M-12 nut, and you're back in business." I did what PAUL suggested, and I didn't need to buy a new nut.It worked out as he said it would. I say that, to say this: It would've easy for Paul to have sold me another bushing tool,He( Paul) said he would send me replacement parts to repair what I did.
