Any way to get the thread view counter back? It was kind of interesting to me me to see what kind of interest certain threads would get. Also would kind of give a thread poster an idea of if anyone is even looking at their thread.

It's there already, can't you see that column?

If you're referring to the replies counter, yes, I see that one. There used to be a counter that showed how many viewed the thread, not replied to it.

If there already is a thread view counter, then I can't see that one on Chrome on my Android phone.

Yes, the Views number is listed directly under the Replies number in that column. If you can't see Views, it could be it's a data field that is not shown on a mobile device. I haven't tried the board on my phone yet, maybe I'll do that now...

On my android phone, I see both Replies and Views.

Hmm, I'm just not seeing it. Neither in portrait or landscape mode. I just updated Chrome on my phone.

Wait, never mind. I just changed to request desktop site, and I see it now. It's not showing up in mobile mode for me though. Here's a screenshot in mobile mode.

On my phone, both are shown out to the right side of the page in a separate column together. Don't know about "mobile mode", I'm just going to the website.

On my screenshot, in the upper right hand corner, is the 3 dot pull-down menu, scroll down and you will see an option box for "Request desktop site". Yours is probably checked. It just gives you a view of the page like you would see on a desktop or laptop computer. Mine isn't checked right now, so I'm seeing a mobile view, which loads faster and I believe is supposed to use less data.

Thanks for questioning what I was asking about and letting me know that you were able to see what I was asking about. It didn't even dawn on me to check that.

Now, a question for the mods, is there a way to get that info on the mobile page somehow?

Request Desktop Site is not checked. I have to turn my phone horizontal to see the Views info, in portrait I only see Replies info.

What's your phone screen size? I imagine thats a factor in what your layout will show you.

BTW, mods can't help with this. It's an admin deal only, Jim W or Mike B.

HTC One M8. 5 inch screen. Not exactly small, or it used to not be.

Interesting, even turning my phone horizontal doesn't show it.

Oh well. Thanks again for the info. Actually, in grand scheme of things, not really too important. At least I can find it if I really want to know.

8.5" screen is WAY bigger than my Galaxy S7 Edge has, I'm only 5.5" diagonal. What Android version are you on? I'm on 7.0 (Nougat). That could be a factor also.

Ha! Should have wrote 5 inch screen on my HTC One M8. Darn punctuation! I'm on Marshmallow.
