    …this kill must have stang.

I decided to take the Riv to work after lunch, the weather is just right. It could not be better unless it was raining.

On the way home I run the car down a 1 mile stretch to about 60mph. In this one mile pass, I see a red “older” looking car slowly catching in my rear view. As he approaches I see it is a mustang. Looks like a ’67. I had to slow because of a car ahead, he proceeds to pass in the right lane.
Beautiful looking car, has dual exhaust and purred nicely. Wide tires. Nice wheels.

Unfortunately (for him) the car in front of me makes a left hand turn and we’re then both caught at the light. Coincidentally, it is the light before an underpass :Brow::Brow::Brow: … nothing sounds as cool as WOT through an under pass with a 1 - 2 tire cherp.

    Light turns green…

Mustang driver clearly on the throttle hard. My car pounces to his bumper (secondaries not open yet) he is still pulling ahead on me, so that was it ...gas pedal to the floor while still in first, 1 - 2 shift and away I go.

Mustang driver immediately dives to the far right lane, no turn signal nothing, and away… because this was a three lane road, I to the far left, he in the middle, and no one on the far right, that the end result was too much for him. Hence the title…this kill must have stang.

It doesn't matter, I still love going through highway underpasses or tunnels with this car. :3gears:
