So between the long hours at work, time in the garage, time under the car, time on the forum, and now this. A Harbor Freight opening up 2 minutes from my house. It really won't be long before I am living in the garage.
About eight or nine years ago, I vowed to never shop at a Harbor Freight again as long as I live. They could open one across the street and I still wouldn't walk in there.
The more people spend at Harbor freight the faster the Chinese Commies can build their war machine. I for one won't be helping their cause. And yes I'm aware Chinese good are sold everywhere, some things just can't be avoided! Bob H.
The best thing I can say about Harbor Freight tools is that if you only plan on using them once, don’t.
You can’t beat the $80 3 ton low profile jacks guys. Sorry, I just can’t justify $700 for an American made one if there are any even left?
The Chinese economy is coming back down to believable levels of growth, so we will see how long the infiltration lasts.
Cornwell Tool 3-1/2 ton. $300. You probably already know that it's made in China. It's hard to find a made in the USA jack. I looked. Even OTC is having them made there.
No, I actually inherited it from my uncle. He bought it new. One of the seals is leaking. I have to take it apart and replace it. As an FYI, Francis Lewis was a signer of the Declaration of Independence.
