I’ve always been a motorcycle guy. But as the years have past and the kids got bigger my Dad has gotten older I’ve been filled with a desire for a muscle/classic car project for us. I’ve looked at first gen firebirds, tri fives, C10’s, early novas, 61-64 Biscaynes..... unfortunately I like them all and haven’t been able to pick one. One of the qualities I want in a car is to be a bit different than most of everything at the car shows and drag strip. Then.... I saw a 1964 Special post car! I fell in love. So now the search is on. I have a couple leads as of now but if anybody knows of others, please let me know. I’d like a good solid roller. I have no problem doing mechanical work, it’s body work I can’t do.
