I am a big chiefs fan and the raiders have fallen right into our trap ....
since philly and NYG are still alive and we were eliminated from post season by you today, we have at least 1 day more than ALL the other teams in the league to prepare for next season. (are you scared yet?)........ anyway ...... on a more serious side...
people in KC still miss ol gannon. he was a fan fave but fell victim to th hardheadedness on chiefs managment.

    good luck throughout the playoffs.
i think the raiders are the best contender for the afc and i think the nfc will be a knock- down- drag- out.
if the raiders do make it to the bowl, i think they will beat who-ever ends up there for the nfc by about 25 or more points. the raiders have stayed pretty healthy compared to alot of teams.

Greg Schmelzer What are you looking at?!

pakual, good to see some one else is a Raider Freak like I am. I am currently trying to teach my 1 year old niece to say "Raider Football". :TU: She spent the entire game with me on the couch yesterday watching the game intently. I still have hope for her. My 15 year old tomboy went girl;y on me last year when she decided boys weren't icky anymore.

    Jim, thx for the info.
Hopefully he will have a ring to remember the restore with.
He needs the week off as does Charles Woodson, Roland Williams and Lincoln Kennedy.
I will be there to help cheer.
I have been going since I was 5 years old, including to LA occasionally. Starting back in the George Blanda/ Darryl Lamonica days. Oops I am dating myself.

These playoffs should be some of the most entertaining we've had in years. Any team in there can go all the way. As a Falcon fan, I know my chances are slim up there in Green Bay, but we seem to match up well with Packers. Not with TB, though. I'd love to see Mike Vick get the ball with a minute or 2 left and have to make a play.
Why is no one mentioning Tennessee? 10-1 in their last 11. The loss was by 1 to Baltimore.

    Good afternoon:
Atlanta has a tough assignment in Wisconsin, dome team in freezing outdoor stadium but one never knows in the NFL. Speaking of Vick, Dan Reeves may want to call his # next time he is in the red zone with the game on the line. (See at Cleveland last weekend and the Warrick Dunn run)
Tennessee is tough but McNair and Kearse are hurting and George isnt as effective as he used to be. Still, going to be a tough game for whoever goes there.
    Happy New Year
