You won't believe how many times they sold that same grill. They don't make money selling the make money on restock.
internet sales is flat-out hit & miss..... Go to the store you open the box examine.

I wonder how much lighter they will be.
I got a Chinese bumper for my 97 GMC truck and it was noticeably lighter,,,,and yes it's rusting already.....
It was $90 with free shipping and included spoiler/lip.

I will ask about these. I know they have a few items " in the works".

I work with aftermarket parts every day and with that knowledge I plan to only stock/ sell what I feel is decent.

For anyone reading this that doesn't already know, I am now stocking "The Parts Place" products so if you need or want a new outlet for there parts I may be able to help as well as save you some money! I will also give you my honest opinion of there products that I'm familiar with.

They have a lot of decent products but do very little advertising of there Buick stuff. I plan to market there stuff better so you guys will know what's available. A lot of it has already been added to my website. A lot more products coming soon!!

Todd, I will soon be buying a headliner, weather strip kit,and a complete body bushing kit with accessories. I am looking at these offered by Original Parts Group. How do these compare to what The Parts Place is offering quality wise and cost ? These are to be used on a 72 Stage1.

OPG and The Parts Place sell a lot of the same items but for some reason OPG is usually a tad higher in price.

Check pricing before you purchase, I bet you can save some $$$

I'm not sure what brand headliners they sell. I can get the Legendary brand if you want some prices.

From what I've been told TPP is reproducing the 1970 Bumpers. They are not ready yet but in the works. These are not originals that are just getting re-chromed - but actually reproducing them. 1970 for starters. Maybe we'll see other years if these are a hit.

That's all I know for now.

Todd- any idea on how far out they are for general sale? I have a set to rechrome but will wait if soon enough...

Let's see what Todd thinks of the bumper, then go from there. My front bumper is decent, but I would buy this one if it is a good quality part.

Hi Todd, Do you have all 70 emblems for a stage1: grill, GS fender, Stage1 fender, trunk lid? Does the stage1 have wide pins?

I should have most of those emblems in stock, what ever I don't have I can get in a 2 days.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
    Thanks!

That might be worth it depending on the quality of the chrome. I paid over 500.00 for my rear bumper at Tri City including shipping back to me. That was some years ago. My front bumper is pretty decent but has a couple of small dents (from the bumper jack:mad:). Not sure I want to be the guinea pig.:)

If someone gets one let us know how the quality is. I don't plan to stock these because of the size but I can have them drop shipped if someone wanted to purchase through me rather than with them directly.
I won't endorse them or sell them though if the quality is poor. I don't need disappointed customers!!

Have these ever materialized? Their catalogue still list them, but no description and no reviews, which makes me think no bumpers. It's a cruel joke to us Buick faithful to dangle such a shiny carrot!!

Last year 2018 Tri City charged me $750 to re-chrome my 69 front bumper that was without shipping so if it fits and the chrome holds up I would not complain. My real gripe is a new 70 Chevelle bumper is $229 from Summit...

I bought a rear for my Mach 1 for $89.99. And that's how much it was worth.
