So buy it for your ole lady then.:D

Complete drivetrain, maybe you can get this one to run without having to take it apart?:D

If you keep buying cars that don't run I'm gonna have to pack up the old motor home and move out there for one of these MI winters to help you get a few of those things running!

Yes Tom this is also a 4 door hardtop lesabre. You have all the cool cars. Did they all come with 364 nailheads? How do you like your car?

Yes Ronnie ALL LeSabre's had 364 "Nails" in them. Mine was an A/C delete car so it has the 10.25-1 compression engine with a 2bbl. carb.
Remove that insignia from the center of the grille & it now looks like a custom bar grille.

Tom, were is the vin located? And do you remember what size rim they use. I want to come correct when I go pick it up just incase I need to change a rear tire. I'll be using a car dolly. I shouldn't pull it in park huh? Pop it in neutral? What if she doesn't have a key?

Bring a Jack, socket set, U-joint press and braker bar. You may have to remove the drive shaft if you can't get it to go into neutral. A come along or winch and chains would be handy also.

1st. off the lug nuts are 13/16ths. & on the the left are LEFT HAND THREADS. Right side is normal rotation.
    The rims are 5x5x15x5 1/2 0r 6" wide if a wagon.
You shouldn't have to worry about removing the drive shaft as the DynaFlow has a rear pump to circulate fluid so it doesn't burn itself up. The reason the car car be push started. Just check the fluid beforehand, overfill if nec. regular Dex111. Of course it needs to be in neutral. Make absolutely sure or else the engine may try turning over. UNLESS you put the rear wheels on the dolly then you need to secure the steering wheel. Hopefully the front end doesn't have too much play in it as the car will try & wander all over the place.
If no key just pull the door lock & bring it to a lock smith. He can make a key from the code on the lock. Same as ignition key. Trunk & glove box use another key. Remove rear seat & remove the 3 bolts that hold the locking mechanism then remove the lock & bring to the locksmith.
IF standing in front of the car look behind the water manifold. This is the part which the upper hose attaches to. Look on the left side while facing the engine & there will be a 2 letter code which will tell you engine, compression ratio etc. located in the chassis manual.
IF you don't have a chassis manual I have one, BUT you can get the needed info from a Motors book of the appropriate year.

She's all paid for now. I did it in payments. Today will be attempt 1 on trying to haul it home. It's a trick tow with one car blocking it and a funky angle. After work me and a coworker are going for it. If we fail, I'll call in a professional tow service tomorrow. The plan is to tow it to my new friends house/neighbor. Hes an old cat who used to be a mechanic. And guess what he also used to own this very same model and year. I want to get it running for me with my help of course..

    Wish me success.
