One of my my daughters friends wants a relatively cheap, solid 4 dr sedan to learn how to wrench on. Help a sincere 16 y/o girl out, carry the hobby on. Will consider anything within 300 miles of Hartford CT (since I'll be picking it up with her....) Needs to be a GM, but not necessarily a Buick. Would prefer an A body, but would consider and X or B. Feel free to reply here or text me at 860-six eight zero-1770. Thanks, Rhett
If nothing turbs up local you nay want to consider widening the search; $800-$900 shipping to avoid rust repair may be a good plan. Patrick
thanks! I'll follow up on that one, lord knows I've got enough spare 65 parts! She might wind up with a Nailhead in that thing....
Did you go to ebay? there's a Buick convertible I believe its a 1966 lark. Looks like a good project. It's be auction for about $3000. Good luck!
thanks for the heads up - when we sat down and talked about it, she just wasnt going to have the time to really dig into a car before she went to college - too much other extracurricular stuff going on. So she comes over and watches me turn a wrench and cuss....
