    It is a Van 1988 with TBI. It drowns out the Spark Plugs with start up. What to look for. Thanks Goran

    I did not know the 98 was TBI on those vans but if it is:

    Check the fuel pressure regulator which is internal in the TBI.

    Also check the fuel pressure and be sure the fuel return line is free of obstructions... Fuel pressure shoudl be under 13 PSI I THINK...

    The fuel pressure is 12 psi. With the fuel line disconnected over night, the car start right up.
    If i put fuel line back on, the car will not start.
    Looks like to much fuel from TBI injectors. Thanks Goran :)
