I am getting a "network error, get config" message while trying to access new board via Tapatalk. I have removed V8 from Tapatalk, then reinstalled website, but it still fails. Multiple restarts, relogins and still nothing. If I hadn't checked the website via chrome browser, I would've assumed site was still down. I don't know if other Tapatalk users are experiencing same problem ? The app is indispensable, imo, as I don't sit at a PC to view site/check alerts, I am on my feet all day, with phone access only. Any help is appreciated, ty , Jim
No need to use Tapatalk. Just bring it up on chrome. It should have a good readable style for phones. If not, get back to me.
New website is very nice and all your work is greatly appreciated, but I prefer the use of the Tapatalk app to view websites as it is far more functional than desktop or mobile versions of websites, The older version of the website had the Tapatalk logo and an option to view using app or a redirect to download Tapatalk. There are a large number of Tapatalk users on the board that I'm sure are affected. Is new site incompatible with Tapatalk or will there be a fix? Jim

After a quick read, it seems the websites using the Xenforo platform are the ones with all the complaints. Administrator talks about Tapatalk staff being dismissive, then goes on to dismiss the one poster who mentioned that a large number of thier website visitors utilized Tapatalk and that they should NOT be dismissed. Old information from 2014. I just got an upgrade from GooglePlay for Tapatalk and have been getting them all along. Indispensable app, it is unfortunate that members can't use it. Jim/Rott
