    Hi all,

I was wondering is their a location under dash or hood where I can run my power red wire for my tach without splicing into wires? I am currently running my electrical fuel pump to the ignition lead on my fuel box so I am looking to other places.

    Thanks

    Mike

I know but like I said I run my electric fuel pump off the port off of the fuse box and don’t want to cut into anything crucial. I figured their might be somewhere else.. I am probably making this way to complicated!

I just run a fused wire with a crimp on spade terminal, then insert it under one of the ignition on fuses. My gauges, Gear Vendors, and line lock are powered that way. BTW, I hope you are using a relay to power that fuel pump.

Yes I have a relay too and thanks for the suggestions. That should work!

Yes, the electrical fuel pump was on the car before I purchased it. I am so so on it, as I am more of a mechanical fuel pump guy , but it hasn’t caused me any issues, so I haven’t fused with it!
