Does anybody have the instructions for installing a TA block girdle? Oil was leaking either from the rear of the pan between the pan and girdle spacer or girdle spacer to block. I don't see any bolts holding the spacer in place and I'm assuming that it's not just sandwiched in between the pan and block. Thanks, Jeff

Jeff, the rear spacer is held in place with your choice of sealant. I use Ultra Black and you are correct that there are no fasteners, .... it is just sandwiched between the two. It does have a tang on each end that fits into the small gap at the block and cap parting line to help lock it in place. There is also a raised rib on the cap side of the spacer which locates where the original seal would fit. I'll email you the instructions tonight.

    Larry,
Any chance I could get a copy of those instructions, also? I was so pissed about the front & back spacers not being there, that i forgot to look for the instructions. My guess is, they are not there either! crimrace@laharpe.us Thanks, Brandon

    Brandon,

If you can't find the spacers used, you can buy them individually from TA.
