So I need a crank pulley for the nail to spin my procharger. Can I redrill a ford one to mount on mine?

Don't know the specifics, but a pulley is a pulley. It don't care what engine its on

    Measure twice, cut once :)

If they locate from the same register or other machining feature, the remaining concern would just be the bolt holes.
From memory, the SAE call-out on a through hole for a bolt pattern is specified as either .015" or .030" (double o/s) larger than the bolt...making it fairly easy to do in the home shop or even by hand with careful marking and drilling.
