To me, a game like this emphasizes the point that Bellicheck is the GOAT and Brady gets GOAT credit by association. Bellicheck set up a defensive game plan and won it, pure and simple. Kind of the opposite of the Michael Jordan / Phil Jackson relationship. MJ won all those tiltes and is widely considered the GOAT. While Phil was a great coach, he is only GOAT by association. The Dolphins, meanwhile, are projected to tank this year, which probably will be indistinguishable from when they were trying. Bellicheck and Brady would be crazy to retire -- they can keep rolling the AFC East for 3 more years minimum.

All of the Super Bowl wins and loses that the Patriots played in. There was one theme, work together as a team. They were all working for the same goal to be the best with all given 110%. They have proven this is the way time and time again and have done it the best over the last eighteen years. Which work for them for six titles!! They are not about I and Me. They follow the way of We and Us. Which I think is being lost in America these days. I think the Founding Fathers would agree on this concept of, We!!! Great Job Patriots!!!
I, too, fell asleep during the half time show. Woke up after the end of the game. The people I was with told me I didn't miss much.
Did you not notice Brady’s 4th quarter drive that led to the only touchdown of the game? His ability to do this in almost every big game of his career is uncanny? Keep putting him down and he just keeps on beating you plain and simple, Belichick is not throwing that amazing pass to Gronkowski. Joe Montana is not walking through that door so keep on longing for him. He never sniffed another Super Bowl did he? Wonder why? Brady alone has more Bowl appearances than any other franchise except Pittsburgh and it took them about 50 years. He has done it in 17. How many more will it take for all the whining to stop? 10, 20? Get over it.

Halftime shows always suck. Just bring in high school marching band. Who needs all the baggage that comes with it now? It’s terrible.
