Gentlemen; I plan on mounting my BVC from Summit on the driver's side in the factory location the pollution pump filter once resided.:)

My question is this; is there such a thing as the brake vacuum canister being "too far" from the master cylinder or intake manifold as to not work properly???

I would appreciate some expertise, please.:TU:

    Thanks much.:)

I doubt it, if anything you are adding volume to the can in hose routing. Pressure equalizes over that short of distance almost instantly. You could probably get away with in the trunk with no noticable effects.

That is where I put mine but it didn't help with the brakes. Reason being, the bladder inside the brake booster was torn and I didn't know it at the time.

Thanks very much, gentlemen. So it stands; in the location of the factory pollution pump filter canister on the driver's side, with the hoses running neatly along the top of the inner fender to the master cylinder.
