If he is waiting for payment, that is understandable, but usually the OP will state that or the buyer would have made mention in this thread. Regardless, I'm ready to move on this sale and I certainly hope it all goes thru for me. It's just strange that Jared last said something on the 7th, 12 days ago and nothing since. I'm still crossing my fingers that I win the sale.
