Stage 1 GS historical document

    i have the car in the registry but would also like the GS historical document as well. the car is numbers matching, POP. any info how to contact to send info and recieve the GS cert?

    What is the date on the cowl tag? A.P. Sloan has roughly the August - December, 1969 70 model year info.
