What is the closest location to me Northern Wi. 54568 to have a 455 sonic checked and bored and decked maybe line honed as well and at a fair price? Probably 200 miles west of me hu.
I paid $1,500 to have one of the expert Buick Builders machine a block for me which included Sonic testing, boring and honing with a torque plate, setting deck height and align honing for main studs as well as oil mods and cam bearings.
Was that near Oregon ? i am in no hurry over the winter into late spring would work well for me. Don't want to ship.
it was Mike over at AM&P in Kentucky, forgot to add that he drilled the extra head bolt holes as well.
Your definitely close enough to Jim at TSP from anywhere in Wisconsin. I live in Michigans UP and the trip to Minnesota was well worth it to get all the machine work and assembly done right. On The Eight Day God Created Buick
