Not sure how many BBB 455 Regals where there, seen a couple that had RM on their rear windows.

Was there a Regal Modified class this year?

All the pics where shot on Saturday.

This one I can't confirm, someone said they thought it was, never seen it make a pass or heard it run, none the less it was cool!

Cool pictures! I thought the wagon was cool. It sounded like a nitrous car, I never saw under the hood. It hit hard though.

That wagon is awesome. I've seen the car with the hood scoop run before, it's no joke!

It was good to see some BBR's on here again......
The one with the chrome valve covers is a big block right ?

i was wondering that same thing, i think its a sb. the valve covers look short and the space between the motor and the shroud looks like more then my bb regal. i could be wrong, it could just be an optical illusion.

I think it was running low 11s, its gotta be a big block!

I had a brief conversation with the owner ..... who by the way wone the RM class.....Im leaning towards him saying it was a big block, because I mentioned my set up, and he wanted to show me his aircleaner set up on his for the Stage II scoop.

Looks like only 5 bolts holding down the valve covers. That is an indication of the engine being a big block.

It is a 455. My car is the yellow regal. I talked with that guy several times at BG. He said he built the car about 10 yrs ago. He and the guy with the 455 T-type are from Virginia.

Your Regal and all the others that were there ,were Awesome!!!!

Everyone's build setups were different but great, and were getting the job done very well.

One day I get mine where I can take down Beech Bend's Track in the Regal Modified class just once.

I hope one day to pair up against one of you guys....:3gears:

Was just going thru some of 455 Regal V8 threads... rereading, and seeing all the 455 Regals I took pictures of.

Trevor455 your Regal is the Yellow one I posted in this thread right?

Is your Regal the one that was sitting in a parts yard weeks before its debuting at the GS Nats in the RM class?

If so, yours and Ramin Ansari 's "Thumper" gave me the inspiration to build mine to run in the RM class.

Just thought I'd let ya know.
