Skylark 72 engine wont turn over

    So before i had the engine in the the car the motor cranked over just fine i droped my motor/trans in driveshaft connected everythings good exspect i have all this engine wiring to do in the engine bay all my lights work buzzing noise goes on when keys in ignition recently i just hooked up my starter/ignition the wires are good replaced them both and with new connecters ground an hot are connected my ground is connected to alternator bracket when i go to crank it over from inside nothing happens not even a click when i slowly turn back the keys the buzzer goes on but slowly dies away ive charged the battery same thing maybe im not charging the battery enough, the fuse for ignition is not blown i checked it out i took it out of fuse box cleaned it cleaned the panels were it goes an still wont crank anyone got suggestions, heres a pick of my fuse box if im missing anything

    try rotating the steering column section toward the park position. The neutral safety switch may not be allowing the starter to crank.

    You might have reversed the 2 small wires on the starter solenoid. One is purple, one is yellow.
