Ray, I had a set of those in a 71 Skylark Convertible. The straps bolt to the convertible top frame and come out between the rear side panels and the ash tray covers. When you looked at the rear seat all you saw was seatbelts. They also required the use of those plastic retainers at the bottom of the rear seat, so you could hook them in and keep them out of the way. I traded them to James Weinman for his Zone car that needed them. I think the 72 seat belt buckles are different, so you need to specify which year you are looking for. You also need the receivers, hence why there was nothing but seat belts on the back seat. Duane
