    That 70 looks so much better without the side trim and skirts.

    I agree, Briz. Honestly had to double check what year it was when I first saw it.

    I forget what issue it was in but as I recall that car was very well done throughout.

    Different strokes I suppose but, I would like my Black ' 70 Riv like this if I owned one............

    And I would have an extra pair of mini-skirts to change the look when I felt the urge.

    I like the one for sale better. It looks cleaner and more like a car that is,

    Wow...this is 10 miles from my house!
    Needs the Buick rally wheels back on
    in my opinion...never noticed it around
    or at any shows.

    It was at the Oregon Buick chapter show last year, was parked near my 65.

    I remember it being a pretty nice car, with some custom touches. I think it got second in the Riv class. I didn't spend a lot of time with it (or my car) as the Riv class was parked in the sun and it was near 100 degrees that day.

    100% agree, the contrast of stainless and chrome with the black is awesome but would ditch the skirts.
