Hi everyone, new to the site, anyway i have a Regal w/ 5.0 307 in it. I just got some Sunpro Sport ST gauges 1 is a water/oil temp, the other oil pressure. I got electric to make installing them easier, so i thought. To the point I need to know where the sensor location for the coolent/ temp is, and i need to know where the point or sensor is for oil pressure gauge PLEASE HELP, ps i did look through the forum i don't see any help there or from googleing it thanks
Here's how one person has done it. Green wire is coolant temp, brown wire is oil pressure. By the way, welcome aboard! Devon
Thanks for the welcome!!! I was looking at that location earlier I figured it should be near the thermostat well ill see when i do the install ,btw whats the best way to get the sensors loose they are rteally in there tight
A long-handled wrench should do it, the threads are tapered pipe thread, so as soon as you loosen each a bit they'll become much easier to turn. Devon
Success gauges are in, just one problem I cant get the sensor for the oil pressure sending unit see pic above brown wire please help!!! -Ron
