Sawin Sunday is about over, busted out a new jar of ice cold apple pie now that I am done with the saw to make us a path down to the road with trash cans,so I think I can operate a rake for finish work with a lil shine & not hurt myself lol
    Wow,what a muggy,hot a$$ Day!

Fritzee never gives up though but wooooo weeeeeeee I earned my keep today!

Car is still waiting but this tree was literally about to kill one or more of us (a “twig” fell off it one month & came through the roof & ceiling & almost hit my wife in the kitchen with a hunk of Sheetrock).
Yeh, I screw around on here a lot but y’all may not all know how much work it is being disabled, maintaining all the daily drivers, over 5 acres and 200to 300 year old trees now dying out.
That said I love the challenge and my wife constantly telling me not to over do it lol I might have been born on the Mason Dixon but I gots a lots O rebel in me! Heh heh
Now back to the apple shine in the shade and admire my progress.
Poor ole “GSX”? I’ll get to you some day hun: )

P.S. That Vietnam “going to hell hat” in picture was given to me by now deceased Master Gunner Sgt. Edward Lowery. I tried to join the military but had to many X’s back then.
After he passed I cared every week to his wife Pat (my best buddy) till she passed too. All gave some an some gave ALL. Was my honor to wear a Marines hat freely given to me and care for the sometimes forgotten wives and family left behind.
Regardless of all of this effin political & media BS we are ALL blessed to live here.

Nothing works the kinks out of your back like wrestling a chain saw felling a tree, or else it'll work the kinks back into it!;)

Fritz at least there's nothing growing in or over the X.
Patina's looking nice and aged too! :D:D:D

Dang John... So sorry to hear your friend Pat passed. When she wrote on Joe and my thread about our shoulder surgery she sure had nice things to say about you!!! You are a good man, Sir!
Apple pie... glad you stayed at home. I had some shine last summer at my buddies house. Glad he only lives 10 houses away cause the next morning I had know idea how I made it home.
You're cutting trees! I'm at my house in the mountains of Virginia. Lots of branches to be trimmed. Interesting job with 1 and a 1/2 arms. My shoulder is getting better, but it's not close yet.
    Be careful and have fun!!!

    Here’s to fast healing John : )

That must have been a different “Pat” mentioning me but I will say that she loved seeing me boil the tires in my non a/c 3:64 posi Stage 1 4 speed back in the day. She and her husband Ed were the best : )
Good to hear from ya brother.

    Best wishes for through healing,

    FritzDawg!
