Seat back lock assembly question

I have the slider part that bolts to bottom seat of the whole mechanism and the
plastic that covers the metal is mostly gone/disintegrated ,I doubt this will be a problem in
operation or anything seems just a cosmetic thing

any specific name to this and does anybody sell this new ??

 

I bought repops of the "long" part without the base on eBay several years ago for $35 ea.
