I remember reading on here that a chevy fuel pump can be used on a BBB if the arm is swapped over from a Buick pump. I thought Jim mentioned that the arm just pulls out of the pump (no roll pin or anything) and that he was saving Buick arms for this swap because of the availability of cheap chevy pumps. Maybe it was the BBC pump... anyone know what I think I remember? I'm not turning anything up in searches. Thanks.
There is a pin that is "staked" in place. A SBC or BBC pump would work as the mounting flange is the same on all three
So there is a pin and both sbc and bbc will fit. Excellent thanks guys. Ill take a look at the CV products pump.
Same bolt pattern, different arm, this is the pump, https://karlperformance.com/i-24714...-fuel-pump-8-5-9-0-idle-pressure-120-gpm.html http://www.v8buick.com/index.php?threads/mechanical-fuel-pump-on-tomahawk-block.315317/#post-2624226 Call Jim Weise, he probably has one with the Buick arm.
