anyone, I am looking for the rubber floor mat in place of carpet. I have a 1970 skylark 2door sedan that came with the mat. does anyone repop this? thanks

The repops are NOTHING like an original rubber mat.

I have installed quite a few repop rubber floor mats. The repop rubber mats are very thick and difficult to install.
I highly recommend that you install it on a hot sunny day....lay out the mat out in the sun for 30 minutes to an hour.....or use a heat gun.

Measure five times and cut once. Use some heavy objects to lay on top of the rubber mat to help it conform.

IMO, a repop rubber mat....is still a better choice over carpet....especially a 2 door post sedan model.

    Good luck.

It’s actually slightly heavier than carpet. That’s why some of these stripped-down pure-stockers have carpet instead of the rubber floor mat.
