I agree with you. I also don't understand why people have hot water heaters. If the water is hot, why do you need to heat it?

 

In the south we have hot water heaters and screened in porches.

I agree.

These phrases kill me.

"I could care less" That means you have some level of caring.

"let's see if we can't get that done for you" That shouldn't be very hard.

 

How about the gas pumps with the sticker "Prepay before pumping" Is it possible to prepay after pumping? My grade school English teacher would chastise us for using double negatives. Are double positives ok?
How about we all go to Lowe's and ask the clerk for a cold water heater..... Probability better not I'm already banned at Home depot.

 

So here's a perplexing question; why is there Braille on drive through ATMs?

 

...and also the sign on many Post Office doors "No dogs allowed except seeing eye dogs". Who is that sign for?
