This came out of my orange and white 1965 skylark. But it will fit in a million other cars. Minimal of 1964-72 GM a-bodies.

It was never fully wired in . it was only worked manually and never hit the road. The project was never completed.

From looking on line this was probably $3000- $3200 new.

    The bags are Firestone brand.

You can have it for $1200 cash money.

Parts are in 60586. Plainfield ,IL Local pick up only.

if you come around to shipping it I'd be very interested. It's just what I'm looking for to put in my 66 Special. I'm in Pensacola Florida though. GLWS

I'm not 100% opposed to shipping but it would be likely expensive due to the size and weight. Likely about $200.

    Still available.

Please don't make me install it on my wagon.

Ryans-GSX Have fun, life is short.

Any idea of how old this is ? Does it have a date code of some sort ?

I don't believe there is a date code on it or if do where it would be. I've had the car for 5 years and it's sat in my garage. The car was never on the road with the air ride .

The air ride was installed but never fully hooked up electrically or guages installed . The project was never finished. I bought it that way. I could raise and lower the can manually with an air hose.

It has to be 7-10 years old. The bags are not dry rotted or anything like that.

I’ve often thought about doing this with my ‘60 LeSabre. I wonder just how universal such a thing is. Conventional springs have various diameters and lengths - how does this account for these differences? As in, a 6” dia spring wont fit in a 5” spring pocket.

Also, are there particular requirements for a charging system to properly feed the compressor? How many amps above and beyond the existing requirement?

I would assume pretty much all of it's universal ............ But your right about the spring pockets and may need modification or a different cup for the bottom rear. The top rear right through the top.

I believe all front frame pockets on the outer edge need to be trimmed for bags to fit. If not they will catch tight there. The 65 Skylark had about a half inch removed.

Regarding the power I would believe it's like installing an old aftermarket radio. The compressor has 1 power wire that's like 14 it 16 guage. I'm not sure what amp it draws.

Looks like a single compressor is at least 20 amps, if not 30.

Would you be able to provide a kit number/model number for this? At least a few part numbers off if key components? I could call Ride Tech and see if this would be fine for me

If you are able to on the early side it would allow me to call Ride Tech tomorrow. I could be available this weekend if I am able to talk to a tech before

Ok... Here is what I gathered.

    The compressor
    model #327CDC50/12-597 A
    12v DC 20.5

The bags I couldn't find part numbers . they may be under the brackets.

I do have the front system instructions and it says Model # 10800 CoolRide system.

The back is a CoolRide system too.

I forgot found some stuff on ebay a while back and screenshot the info

I couldn't find and part numbers on the shock relocator brackets . one of the attachments show the brackets.

The shocks are Ride tech shocks for a-bodies. They are not the same shocks on the attached pics. They look like more old conventional shocks.

The attachments reflect the parts for sale.

The complete unit attached in the pictures is similar but mine has only 1 compressor and a smaller rank and mine are blue shocks.

    Hopefully this helps.
