My paint job is alot older than that, in fact I laid the green b4 I graduated hs in dads barn, the found a guy to do the art work in the summer once I saved up enough money. I walked out of shelby high late spring of 97. I'm sure this model has been out way b4 that, just kind of funny they look so close to the same. Dad named the car night dancing so when I painted it I wanted a theme that went along with so comments and stars in a night time sky made sense, but I needed something to pop off that green, and purple was as far away from green as I could come. I was neat watching the guy paint the face in purple and air brush the comments, then hand paint the stars Not the best picture but even the hood has a similar theme......this is the second hood I have had, the first was gs hood, then this cowl, the art work on the hood is slightly better, the original painted passed away b4 the new hood so found another to do it in a similar as can be, just very odd they are so so similar.........shows I'm not as far out in the field as I though . Lol
