I have some photos to share with you all of my work on my 1969 GS 400 stage1 color is #52 signal red,186 buckskin ,date 12-B.The car was painted when I found it but I was not happy with the frame-firewall or under side so me being me I took it all apart for a repaint and rebuild , I pulled the rear end for a sandblasting and painting I was going to rebuild it but after pulling the cover off and inspection it was in great shape ,so new brakes springs and lines. this car had all parts it left the factory with so new front end kid will be going in along with shocks and brakes a new gas tank and lines ,the tranny will be rebuild and the engine I am building myself.

that's it for now, I did repaint the underside and it look great I just can`t get a good pic of it. now I can start the fun part rebuilding. I have plasicgaged the mains .002 and installed the crank the all the rods are .0015 ,I will install them after I check and or file the rings. this is a RS block so not going to go crazy with the build ,I don`t want to kill it, all iron parts some mild porting 284-88h cam .

Keep em coming........pictures like this give me motivation to get moving on my 69. I spend every weekend in the garage but seem to get nowhere.

    Looks great.

    Ray-

I am probably going to be parting out my '69 4-door car soon.

If you need any parts, I have a lot of them that are in good condition (i.e. bumpers, grille, gas tank, etc.) in case you need something, and you are within driving distance...

    Hello all,
I sent my brake booster out to be rebuilt and plated to Steve Gregori .
And I sent my stage 1 carb down to ken @ everyday preformats for a complete rebuild and now he plates them ,no paint.
I`ll post pic soon as I get the stuff back.
Next I`ll degree the cam , install the heads, and button up the engine. Pic to come?
