I busy cleaning my 62 Skylark prepping for painting the engine bay and so on. Engine and trans are out, steering column is out. It looks like 3 big bolts are holding the front suspension on. I'm thinking of removing it to give it a good visual update the bushings and paint it up.
    What say you?
Is it as easy as it looks?
This may be a good way to get the 350 inside as well.
    Thanks Reber

Yes 3 bolts and it drops right out. I have done it a couple of times.

    Thanks.
I'm going to drop it, clean it, paint it, and replace stuff if needed this weekend.
