Through a rubber plug which fits in the hole? If the rubber plug is stuck to the wires, you may have to push the rubber plug through the hole and then the pigtail wires (and connector end) should follow.

The rubber "plug" on the outside of the car is bigger then the one on the inside. This would lead you to believe the harness pulls out from the outside. but I know that cannot be true because the other door is setup just the same. I do not see a connector that disconnects the under dash wire from driver/passenger side. Also the ends on the wiring is too big to be pulled thru the boot that goes from the cowl to the door.

Also, the wiring harness usually is held in place by a sheet metal retainer that is bent over after the harness is installed. (I am basing this on later model cars 70-72.)

Ok, I was just looking at some other threads in this ("The Bench") section. You need to go to another thread called Found a motherlode (also in "The Bench") and look at pictures 4 and 5. There is a 1965 Buick Service manual which probably has pictures for you and explains how to remove/service the plug and wires.

Thank you for the info, I also have the Buick service manuals for my 65 skylark and GS. I am not finding how to remove the wiring, Just how it is ran throughout the body. So I posted here to try and find someone who has knowledge of how it is properly removed from the car. the harness and plugs are all removed but I dont see how i can get them out of the car without cutting the wires.
