He's had it since we were 15 years old, fully restored it cosmetically a long time ago. He wants to lose the 4:11 gears(go to 3 series)wants all suspension bushings replaced,a high performance (not radical) 455 to replace numbers engine, utilize factory 10 bolt with gear swap and install fuel injection . Unlike me he has the money to do this and I have time to track down a good, reliable, no excuses turn key shop. Thanks in advance for any potential shops, distance is not a concern but car is located in Wrightsville beach,NC area. Thank you gentlemen. Regards, Fritz
There is just such a shop that is a member here. It is in Ohio I think. Look under the pure stock section.
Just got off the phone and Scott (GTO owner) said he spoke with a company at a show called Seme based in Euclid, Ohio. Anyone have any good or bad experiences with them? Going to call Glasgo Performance 1st as soon as I research the 67's specs so I can talk semi intelligently on ratios, torque & hp specs first. Love all those sweet(!) Pontiac on Glasco's site!
Jim Thank You for the tip on Glasgo. The car as of this Saturday is safely in the Glasgo brothers hands : )
