My car has new roof panel and sheet metal below the window, so the trim studs are missing there.
Can i use the studs on the sides as template for the new studs ? ( Pic 1 )
How much studs should be at the roof panel and how much at the bottom ?

You can also buy special stud rivets, but, you will need to remove the glass. If you need the part number of the rivets I can get it for you. I think Au-Ve-Co is the maker of them.

The replacement studs and clips are already here. My problem is not knowing how much studs at upper and lower window opening.
As an example a piece from front of my old roof, where i can see the old studs for reference.
At the rear window were no studs at upper and lower opening, the pre owner had glued on the trim.
So the question is: how much studs at upper, how much at lower and is the distance ( see picture 1 first post ) the same for all studs ?
Hope you can understand my bad english
