Rear window interior pieces

Do 1970-72 skylarks/gs have right above the package tray 2 plastic end finish pieces and a plastic middle center section? Or is the middle center section painted metal only?

 

The lil plastic pieces in the corners have been dubbed "eggshells" because they are brittle and tend to crack. The middle section that they screw to is a piece of the metal package tray and is also metal. Jim

 

Ok I ordered new "eggshells" just wondering on to paint middle piece.

 

Bad83, whom did you order the egg shells from? I wasn't aware one could buy those.

 

Middle piece is painted interior trim color. Usually same color as lower dash.

Charlie I bought the same ones. They work. Just tiny bit to small. Not noticable

 

I used black silicone to cover up difference

If I did not have Black interior. I think I would be in trouble. But Black butal on glass saved it I think
