For my 1970 GS I have ordered new upper/lower control arms for the front. They are supposed to offer better castor/camber dynamics.

About the rear: Does anyone have any experience to tell me if boxed lower rear arms make any difference in ride/handling or anything at all? Seems like they are meant to deflect some anyway from the rubber/poly mount points.

I don't think you would notice any difference in the ride and handling. Maybe on the dragstrip you would. The main reason for boxed arms was for a solid place to attach the rear sway bar. W/o a bar, you really don't need the arms unless you have a Gazillion HP engine.
