Hi All, I found the missing arm rest for the drivers door on my 68 Wildcat in Green at a local wrecker.
After doing a test fit it became obvious that the mounting screws were torn out. I went to a nearby garage and asked if I could use their torches and brazed the holes closed. Went home and redrilled the holes and put the door panel back on. Purists will notice the Black accents on the door panel. I was overwhelmed by all the Beige and had to re-dye the lower carpet as it was stained anyway and paint the Green replacement armrest.
I do plan to ditch the Beige carpeting and replace it with Black and this way the doors fit into the plan.

I think the black rugs instead of beige gives it a more "stately" look. JMOHO. Wasn't the name of that interior color "oyster" or something like that? ws

I'm not sure. oyster sounds so much nicer than Yukky Beige. What's strange is the only other Buick I've owned before this one was a 1974 Buick Electra 225 2dr. which was also Brown with Beige interior. Forgot... I also had a Black on Black 73 2 dr. Centurion for a short time. I remember it was wicked fast probably because salt had eaten half the body.
