    Good afternoon:
I found a picture of the 1953 Skylark hardtop. It is Baby Blue with white interior. The only hardtop made in 1953. All others were convertibles. This is one of the most awsome looking cars ever made.
It was made special for the general manager's wife because she didnt want her hair to be blown. . The car is well documented and resides in the Bay Area.

Hi John, Is this a current picture of that car as there is a fellow on ebay who has a '53 Lark Hardtop that comes up for auction every once in awhile that is spotless looking. He makes the same claim that car is the only one made. Just wondering?:TU:

    Doug and Phil:
This car is the ONLY 1953 Hardtop, all other 1953's are Convertibles It was made special for the general manager's wife because she didnt want her hair to be blown. Hard to see but it has A/C in the package tray, correct for 1953 cars. The car is Baby Blue with white and blue interior.
This picture is from the local GM dealer's calandar but it looks like this today. I saw it this summer for sale at an auction in Pleasanton Cal. It pops up occasionally. This car is very well documented.
