Rarely seen 71 Detail item

    931163F6-1ABD-4212-BC23-3FD0DEB4481F.jpeg i noticed this on a 71 Skylark Junkyard car and finally got a picture of it. I am guessing the same band was used other years too. It has Parker on it and a part number for the AC hose. I have never noticed it on any other car. Looks like a date code too.
