Rarely seen 71 Detail item

i noticed this on a 71 Skylark Junkyard car and finally got a picture of it. I am guessing the same band was used other years too. It has Parker on it and a part number for the AC hose. I have never noticed it on any other car. Looks like a date code too.

 

Date looks like 53rd day of 71 which works for the March Build day of the Flint car.

 

Pretty strange car. Sandpiper Beige with Brown top and Green interior? They smoked some good stuff back then.

 

They were level headed enough to buy disc brakes though.
