Ok..In my parts buying/trading deals I have made,I have accumulated parts for my motors. I have all the necessary items to put the 70 Stage 1 ported heads on my 70 motor in my car. Currently,I have 72 ported Stage 1 heads on (but ported lesser than the 70 units).I currently am using 3/8 adjustable pushrods in my motor with stamped steel rockers. Now, my dilemma. I will be using my roller rockers with the 70 heads. I have 2 complete sets of pushrods and don't recall which were for which heads I have. I also have Stage 2 TA heads as well. One set of pushrods are TA 5/16 and the other set are Trick flow 3/8 pushrods. Both sets were used with TA roller rockers. The other issue is the length. The TA ones are 9.375 length and the Trick Flows are 9.350. Can I use either set or should I go with the TA ones? I don't know if the Gessler heads were milled. My block is not decked either and the lifters are a set that came with my Bullet cam. Suggestions? Should I wait till I get the heads on and then check pushrod length? I am positive the TA's were used with the 70 heads.

Buy or borrow an adjustable pushrod to find length then order a set. Maybe you get lucky and it measures the same as a set you have. Do the "Bullet" lifter cups require a specific size? Jim
