hey guys are there any pro touring 68's out there . Im looking at doing mine that way. looking for ideas. Currently I have brand new 355sbc crate motor and trans ,geared rear end. looking to upgrade the brakes to disc and suspension. going with the painted bumpers . I figured i can spend that 1000 somewhere else.

go at least 2 inch drop in the front..
    then a 18x8 x 20x9 wheels...
    i would say

reference a couple chevelles or cutlass so you can imagine the look

Currently running a 2" drop all around on my car. I wouldn't recommend going much lower than that if you plan on driving it much. I'm running 17" wheels to get a little more tire under the car to help with ride quality. You may also start with just upgrading the front to discs and see how you feel. The costs to do the brakes properly add up quickly, especially when you add in the rears, and the fronts may be sufficient for your usage.
