The Buick racing community lost another friend on saturdat night. Tony Brorsen, a long time Tucson AZ. Buick drag racer's life was cut short Saturday night. While at SIR, (our local track) Tony had a heart attack. For as long as I knew Tony, he always raced some kind of Buick. 68 Skylark 455, 70 Electra 455 sometimes 430 and his daughter's 92 Skylark. In 1999, Tony won the team SIR street championship in the Electra and was well on his way to do it again in the 92 Skylark this year. A fund has been set up to help out if you can. I know Tony was working, but Wendy was recently layed off. I don't know if they had insurance.
