JW, Prayers for your Dad and family coming your way. I lost my Dad a couple months ago and spent the last month by his side. Family always comes first. Take care of yourself too.
Thanks for the kind words and prayers folks. He did improve somewhat yesterday afternoon, his O2 levels were good enough to keep him off the Ventilator, just has a mask on.. But he still was in the ICU as of around noon today. I was able to stop by the shop for a couple hours, to work on a project today, but I will be in and out all week. Thanks again. JW
Hi Jim, I hope your dad pulls through and gets well. I know what you are going through. We have an old friend of mine living with us that is an 83 year old WWII vet that is at the Tampa VA hospital with pnuemonia right now in the MICU section. He was admitted about a month ago for it, they treated it and released him, but darned if it didn't set back in. He has a weak heart working at 26% they say so I don't know how long he is going to be there. I'll be thinking of your dad along with my friend in the prayers. Take care.
Jim, I've not met you, or even spoken to you. This advice may be moot. Make sure he knows you love him. Anyone else reading this, the advice is the same. Make sure your loved ones know that they are loved! Devon
