    Hello,
It has been a while without posting here.
I have my 68 skylark almost finished, but my powerglide leaks a little bit... it is pretty clear it is in the servo element, right side of the tranny.
Is there a kit to fix it? And I have to disassemble the tranny or not?
    Thanks
    Ivan from Spain.

It may leak less if you stop calling it a powerglide! If it's the orig trans it's an ST300. Besides being a 2 speed, it has nothing in common with a powerglide.

That should help you get the right parts and gaskets. Im not sure what there are for kits available. Check out rock auto. You can get part numbers there and maybe order local?

Common leaks, are dip stick O ring, and kick down switch O ring. Many time the whole plastic part needs replaced, the pan will need to be off to remove it or change the O ring. The shift lever seal is another one that can leak. The spedo housing or gear O rings are also a problem, some times the spedo gear gets a grove and the O ring will not seal. I use paper towels to warp around the areas to see what is leaking and how much. My 68 ST300 was leaking about 2 quarts over the winter, and most was from the kick down plastic and O rings.

I know a common leak point on a THM350 is the 1-2 accumulator cover. That is sealed by an O ring. I'm wondering if the ST300 has a similar type cover, what the OP describes as the servo. On the THM350, it's an easy fix in the car.

I have added all around the circumference of the servo, exterior of course, a paste to seal....
    Seems it does not leak.
    I will check.
Anyway, to change the seals in the servo, have I to disassemble the tranny?
    Thanks

I don't know enough about the ST300 to answer that.
